"All depends on the tolerance you need to hold. And the weight of the stock that you will machine. And the method of workholding. Do you have a sample 3D CAD file? I can take a look and see if it's a good fit."

"I peeked at your websites. Your parts are perfect examples of what can be "printed" using this technology. The process is called FDM and produces durable ABS plastic parts. We can do other materials including PC's and Ultem. I have customers, like…"

  • Will do...Tomorrow morning
  • Yes, but the drawing is confidential...I may need an NDA. Can you work with a faxed drawing.
  • We normally run mock up parts of with cheaper left over material. It would be a costly luxury to have your equipment. I would be interested to know if your system could be used to build a pattern to hold a part for machining? Currently we are faced with either paying for a mold maker or trying to make our own with epoxy.
  • If we could add that service for our customers that would be terrific. Problem is I don't know who needs it? Let me go to your site and read up on this.

  • I'm more likely to sub work to someone up here that has the equipment.

  • Never done models or mock ups. Are work along those lines are functioning prototypes.
  • What kinda' horseless buggie are you putin' out there? I hope it means we don't have to machine prototypes in the near future.

  • I will, same here!
  • Good Luck! on whatever you are looking to accomplish in life. Stay focus.
