See how the Rexroth Gearbox turns windmills into energy producing machines

See the productive growth of wind power through innovative systems like the REDULUS GPV gearbox, which translates the slower motion of windmills into the fast motion needed to generate multi-megawatts of electricity.

Jerry Desaulniers replied to Susan Rawlings's discussion Wind lens could boost turbine output in the group Windpower Exchange
"The results were recorded over weeks in a turbulent wind situation. The setup we used could take a momentary reading of the current watts and the current wind speed. We threw out the highs and the lows to compensate for the gusty location. This is…"

"Hi Jerry throwing the calculating of the maximum efficiency of your system back at me is not answering the questions. I am merely pointing out that you seem to have taken the results and applied the formula to them and come up with the conclusion…"

"Hi Jerry I harken back to the first part of my previous enquiry about how you allocate the data you have derived from your system, into the formula N=V3 x D2 / 1530 x c. where the power derives as a square factor of the diametre and a cubic function…"

"Hello Ross, I'm not sure if you understand what is false in the statement of "Windtamer". Their claim to beat Betz Limit is based upon the size of the turbine. As example the 4.5 model has a 4' 6" turbine inside of a…"
