Training also helps employees to understand their goals in the company.

6. Conflict dissolution: Conflicts could arise anywhere and with anyone. For a smooth functioning of an organization it is always important to cut the conflict at the nip and ensure that there is professional camaraderie. 7. Employ engagement: Positively engaging the employees is another role that a talent management organization performs. When the employees are positively engaged they feel valued and tend to perform better as compared to the employees who are not engaged. Engaged employees are motivated and full of fresh ideas that help in steering organization to its goals and target achievements.
