I want Pnuematic gripper for the standard 1 Litre Bottle(filled).Can any one help me for this...??.I want companies name and detail and possible different ideas...

Thanks...Ramaraj suresh..but i have already gone through this..but gimatic grippers are used for filled bottles....in my application bottles are filled and also with cap.and i have to pick bottle with gripper and want to place at any other place..if there is any other brand  please suggest me...

Hello Vishant,

You have some choices, pneumatic gripper or vacuum. When selecting a gripper make sure you have adequate jaw support. Take a look at the AGW series http://www.agi-automation.com/Parallel-Gripper-agw-3751.htm the support shafts are guided through the full width of the main body, making your tooling rigid. In this video you can see both vacuum and pneumatic grippers packaging bottles.

The G030GCA from the company Ramaraj mentioned should work for the wt. & cap diameter.  I am assuming you also are taking into account the speed of moving the bottle, distance and sway of the bottle during movement.  The entire transfer mechanism may need to have a method of sway prevention and even a mechanical lock incorporated with the gripper in case of air loss to the gripper.
