Most marketing people feel comfortable posting their own photos and articles to their website or blog, but what about video? YouTube or Flash-based videos can be a great way to promote your business, especially if your products need to be seen in action to be fully appreciated. And with today's digital video cameras and non-linear editing software, you can get impressive results for very little money.


Case in point: a Brazilian auto maker asked our owner/CEO why they should buy several industrial turntables from us rather than a competitor of ours. We quickly produced a personalized video "tour" of our facilities that addressed several of their concerns. The whole thing was shot, edited and posted online in a couple hours. The client was so impressed, we got the job!


Another video of ours has received over 150 views on Engineering Exchange in a few short weeks. I could go on, but you get the idea.
