When I am trying to align a part using 3D CAD, I have to typically do an alignment first before I can do a level. Within my previous CMM programming software (Measuremax), I was taught to always re-align a part after leveling to a plane. It seems like with CMM-Manager, when I do this, it completely screws up the 3D CAD's position on my monitor. It shows that my touch points for a circle are drastically different compared to my CAD. If I get rid of the alignment after I level, the touch points do not deviate as much. Do I need to align after leveling, or will CMM Manager remember my alignment after leveling.

Please help

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
