  • Morning Lina,

I have been using SolidWorks since SW95 release2. Before that I used Autocad and AME (beginning in 1986) which was a program that they bought that did Boolean class solids. I would recommend using Solidworks over Inventor after working with software from both companies. Autodesk started as a stick build cad system and Solidworks started out as a parametric solid modeling cad system.

I don't claim to be an expert by any means. I do know how to do work-a-rounds because I learned to design on the drawing board with a pencil and T-Square. When I Graduated the y required a lot of Descriptive Geometry to graduate. If you run into something no one else can solve then contact me and I will see if I can help you with it.
    Have great Day
  • TeamViewer is a Software that you can download freely from internet, it allows any partener who you give him or her your id no. & password to remote your computer.
install it & then Try to find an earlier version of inventor & install it & then Contact me, we will arrange everything.
but you have to promise after experiencing the software , to pass what you have learned to another one for free.
    have a good day

    have a good day
  • Dear Lina,

Salvo Global has launched a Masterclass that targeted at Engineers and other technical staff who do not have formal training in financial management, but who require a better understanding of the concepts of cost management and capital project evaluation. In addition, the related concepts of profits, assets, productivity and profitability will be addressed.

We really wish Engineers or Technical experts like you could spare time to attend this Masterclass

  • Actually Solidworks is Powerfull than inventor but inventor is still easier to learn than solidworks, above all Pro-Engineer is the best & the most complicated.
