  • Great comment on Small Wind Phillip - appreciate the perspective. There was also a post today on the Windpower Group about costs and payback. At the end of the day, lots of room for improvement. In 1994 I had an energy & environment class where the Prof was relentless about wind power - its taken a while, but with all the focus these day, perhaps in another 15 years we can be further along in development costs and efficiencies.
