Does anyone out there know of some training, free or otherwise, to be able to get in the field, i see job postings, but they want you to have years of experience, and that doesn't seem likely, with the focus now turned up on the need for clean renewable energy, unless you live around a company like that, and been lucky enough to get in there some time ago...
