Electrically Insulated Copper Buss Bar

Hello,Here is the problem, I have to electrically insulate a copper buss bar so that if something is dropped on the item when in use it will not arc/short out. This item is going inside a Laser and must be at a very low out gas so as not to deposit particles on optics. So I am looking for some type of epoxy or other material that could be sprayed. spread or painted on that would serve this purpose. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can use? ThanksKenSee More
