"Hi Jeff, Not sure about your requirement because generally a trailer is steered mechanically by the Pilot vehicle. If however you need an independent steering system hydraulically powered then a perhaps a system with a hand metering unit together…"

I am developing transportation and handling equipment tailored to the windpower industry.
