"I am not familiar with Minn state laws but from experience; because this is being inpspected the AHJ, (Authority Having Jurisdiction) in this case the electrical inspector, has the last say. In this particular situation the panel needs to be UL.…"

"I had an inspector tell me the state of Minnesota requires all control panels being installed must be UL certified. This is the reason I ask."
