Has anyone used DMLS (direct metal laser sintering)? What for (non specific)?

I would love to hear what people are utilizing this technology for...I know its one of the best and it has gotten quite a bit of buzz lately. Why did you have to use the technology? How did it end up working for you? What were you happy about it? Dis-satisfied about?
