Ever heard of CMOS Transmission gates? In saturation there's little Rds. For a higher load, parallel a bunch of them or make your own using discrete power FETS. They don't care much about how their load is used.

Things like that have been catalog items for many years. You might have to add your own snubber network for the inductive load. Check the Newark or Digi-Key or Mouser on-line catalogs.

Hi Guys,
Have anyone of you ever had designing an "SSR-like" relay which operates similarly like electro-mechanic Relays?
I'm sure some of you have...but for driving 3Amp Load current? and the loads could be inductive either resistive.
