Unknown Thread Size
A customer requires an internal 15/16-28 thread. Does anyone know where I can get the specs on this one?

I have not heard of this one - just out of curiosity what is it for?
If it is a standard thread form it will have all the same tolerances except the depth and minimum diameter (assuming it is an external thread) will be dictated by when the top of the threads come to a peak. I realize that this only allows you to figure them out and cut them but not necessarily have a specification in hand to inspect them to.
