Teflon to SS welding

How can I weld Teflon( PTFE) with stainless steel ? Is there any technique in world available?

If you are needing to glue Teflon to Stainless Steel, you can buy Teflon sheet with a fabric embedded on one face that provides a surface that can be glued. You also can etch the Teflon with, I believe, Hydrofluoric Acid to make it usable with some adhesives. Check suppliers websites for more detailed information.
