I'm a Systems Engineer in Aerospace, they currently have me working as a Systems Test Engineer, my old boss wanted us junior engineers to learn how to be actual Systems Engineers, Requirements, working on project from beginning to end and dealing more with customers.

My question to you all is: How can a junior Systems Engineer get outside training and career advice that will make me a better Systems Engineer?
